So what’s the difference between FECO & RAO?
FECO (full extract cannabis oil) and RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) are both highly-concentrated forms of cannabis in which the whole plant is extracted and used. This process offers a broad spectrum or full-spectrum representation of the full cannabinoid and terpene profile found in that cannabis strain or cultivar. The main differences between FECO and RSO ultimately boils down to the solvent used when the cannabis is processed during the extraction process and the type of process used to extract (cold vs heat).
Other than the choice of solvents and method used, the full extraction of cannabinoids for both RSO and FECO is roughly the same. The extraction process with solvents is relatively simple. Raw cannabis flower is placed in a solvent and the trichome heads in the liquid separate from the plant material. The solvent is then purged or evaporated off in a desiccator, vacuum pump, or vacuum oven which creates a pure resin extract.

Fun Feco Friday

This week I have been pushing my Feco intake around to see how it would effect me. I have done medium to large doses for me, here’s an example of todays start.

We tell patients to start small with a grain of rice and grow that dosage as needed. I have found aside from not having the smoking cravings and pain being pretty well managed, I am staying good and at a strong level for a good portion of my day.

What do you think? What would happen to you on this much? Does it look like a lot?

You know how we do over here, enjoying our More coffee, great first 2 minutes of the Morening.

There is little that pairs better with that first cup than a lil More in that cup.

Start small and increase as needed.

Finding these daily doses very effective for level maintaining through the day.

If you haven’t tried it, you should.

Couple of drops a day keeps the doctors at bay

This is an example of a speedy way to melt down your More infusion.

Depending on size, extra heat (microwave) may be needed to break it all down, -“as was the case with this one. Smaller ones usually break down much more evenly.

Tip: the more spread thin the oil, the easier it will break down and not clump as badly…
