At Lullaby & Latch, our goal is to help families feel supported during those early newborn weeks so parents can rest, recover, and settle into life with baby a little more gently.

Our nurse-led team provides overnight infant care throughout the Pittsburgh area, offering calm, compassionate support tailored to each family’s needs. Whether you’re looking for a few nights each week or occasional support here and there, we truly believe even one restful night can make a difference.

During overnight care, we help with:
• Newborn care & feeding support
• Bottle and pump part washing
• Infant laundry & overnight reset for the next day
• Healthy sleep habits from the beginning
• A calm presence during the overnight hours

No minimum nights. No minimum contract length. Just support when you need it most.

Honestly, thank you. Watching our 2026 calendar fill with families who trust us during such a vulnerable season of life has meant more to me than I can put into words. The support, referrals, kind messages, and trust in our team has allowed this little dream of mine to grow into something so special.

I’m a NICU nurse of 12 years and mom of toddlers. After years of caring for babies and families inside the hospital, I created Lullaby & Latch to continue that support once families return home.

I know firsthand how beautiful, emotional, exhausting, and overwhelming those newborn nights can feel. My goal is to help parents feel rested, supported, and never alone during such a vulnerable transition.

Throughout the night, we:
• Care for your baby (feeding, diapering, soothing)
• Support feeding (breast, bottle, or both)
• Monitor baby’s needs and patterns
• Provide guidance and reassurance

We also help with the little things that make a difference—like bottles, baby laundry, and resetting your space for the morning.

My favorite sleepers 🤍🧸

I got these as a gift when I was expecting my third. And I’m not even kidding… they always fit her—from newborn to 2 years old. Truly like the sisterhood of the traveling pants. 😂

So soft, hold up beautifully after washing (even in the dryer), and just really practical.

I also had the best experience with the owner. She was literally SO kind.
