Recommending Radical Candor is part of our standard onboarding. Why? Because 360 reviews can reveal when leaders are perceived by their peers as authoritarian, manipulative or “too in love” with their own ideas. Learning from this feedback and adjusting behaviors to become an efficient leader of a motivated, invested team is significant challenge.
