As a former nanny I thought I knew it all when it came to babies and sleep so I decided to train as a sleep consultant to help families get a good night's sleep. But nothing prepared me for experiencing the sleep deprivation first hand! So now I'm a Sleepy Mama on a mission to help families get the sleep they deserve all while going through it myself.

I’ve been pretty absent here for a while as I’ve been working and studying to become a licensed therapist specializing in women and especially moms (although I’ve been working with kids too!). I’m happy to share that I’m now able to accept clients as a clinical therapist intern. This is just one of my platforms but I’m offering low-cost services ranging from $20-$60 depending on which location (Colts Neck, Metuchen, or Virtual) you see me through.
