In honor of International Women's Day 2019, we at D. Robbins would like to honor Fay Presto, a pioneer in Magical entertainment and a staunch advocate for "women in magic." At the recent Blackpool convention, she organized the only discussion on the subject. We at D. Robbins were listening, as possibly the only woman-owned wholesale manufacturer and distributor of magic in the world.

Let's hear it for the brave 4%! And let's work together to grow that number exponentially!

Fay mentioned that The British Magic Circle first admitted women into its Brotherhood in 1992 (she would like to change that name to "Siblinghood"!), when they invited ten female magicians all at once, so that no one could claim to be "the first."

Thank you, Faye, for waiting that long, to be recognized as a magician.
