SMW Local 22 is expanding their parking in Kenilworth NJ. Work includes regrading and some storm water management improvements. Harbor Consultants, Inc. team of inspectors will be on the job assuring the Borough of Kenilworth that the regrading is being performed properly.

Approximate area to be regraded totals 24,661 square feet.

Harbor Consultants, Inc., recently concluded support for a 372,000 square foot mixed-use project in the City of Bloomfield. This project represents Phase III of a three-phase redevelopment effort in Bloomfield. The project includes 225 residential apartments, 14 townhomes, 8,000 s.f. of retail space and a 312-car municipally owned parking garage.

The new complex is across the street from the NJ Transit Bloomfield rail station and encourages use of mass transit. Another example of Harbor Consultants ‘cradle to grave’ approach where Surveying, Planning & Engineering needs are met with real-world solutions.

Harbor Consultants, Inc. has prepared state aid grant applications, prepared plans and bidding documents, public bidding, and provided construction administration.

Rain or shine, we inspect! As municipal engineers we inspect all grading permits. These permits are necessary to assure that site disturbances do not negatively impact adjoining properties and municipal facilities. Harbor Consultants Inc. provides inspection services to assure grading is performed correctly.

Surveying 123 acres in the Township of Readington NJ.

The Township of Irvington Board of Education plans to renovate and rehabilitate this property that has commonly been referred to as the Irvington Outdoor Education Center which provided an outdoor education experience to Irvington students.

The property has not been used in many years and both the Township and the Board of Education would like to resume the process to renovate and rehabilitate the property.
