After more than 20 years of dedicated service at our Odenton, MD facility, we’re celebrating Paul as he heads into a well-earned retirement!

From installing and maintaining our polyurethane manufacturing equipment to solving just about every mechanical or technical challenge that came his way, Paul has truly done it all. His deep expertise, steady hands, and can-do spirit made him a go-to across the team.

We marked the occasion with a heartfelt send-off, complete with cake, laughter, and stories that reminded us just how much Paul has meant to the Odenton team.
