Good afternoon! Experiencing different pickup times for your home? Please don’t panic, we have been significantly growing and our routes are long, new homes are added every week, which changes the order of the route which then changes the time we get to you. This is why we always say “pickup times vary” and never provided a pickup time. Please give the drivers the whole day to get your trash, of course if your trash is still there the next morning let us know so we can fix that. We will always send a message if there is a delay.

Please remember we are 4 years old and still growing . We will eventually have to reroute and change some pickup days so our new routes make sense and stay as efficient as possible. You’re going through our growing pains with us!

We thank you all for being here with us, your patience and understanding of our growth means alot to us. You guys have sold us out of everything 💪 We couldnt be more grateful, have the best day everyone!

*Turning off comments so we can focus on the office and not social media today, if you have any questions please reach us there at 765-866-8334* 😊

Hello everyone! To anyone who has been concerned, the green trash truck some of you have seen is a rental truck, Prairie did not buy us, we have never met them. Its just a rental truck while one of ours is in the shop. Thank you 😊 💫

We apologize, we know its an inconvenience, trust us that no one hates a delay more than we do! Unfortunately some things are out of our control. Any extra trash will be picked up, please dont worry about that. We thank you all for your patience and understanding, and we hope you have a good day 💫

Good afternoon! Two things to note with the weather today: The office is experiencing periodic power outages, please leave them a message so they can get back with you. The guys are out working, they are stopping when needed and trying to get the day done. If this storm gets worse we may have to reschedule the day, we will send notices to those who may be rescheduled. Thank you all and stay safe!
