These two boys are back in Louisiana bringing some sweet memories for a hurting family.

Finally finished up these cuties. Matching stripes and stretchy fabric is extremely difficult to work with. Moving, losing the pattern, thread and needles added to the delay as well as working full-time with a 45 minute commute. I enjoy making Memory Bears, but only for those who appreciate the work that goes into them.

Last summer I was contacted by a women who lost her husband 2 years earlier. She had 7 of his favorite shirts, 6 Harley Davidson and one Hawaiian. These are the bears and a pillow I created from those shirts.
