For the last 4 years I have invested in quarterly planners that help me stay focused in all that I do. As we wind down the month of March I get excited when I start a new quarter. I can review what I did the last 3 months, review what I didn’t do and learn what to do differently. Mostly I can set my intention and focus for the next 3 months, it makes it easier to accomplish by breaking it up. I LOVE talking about goals and helping others get there. Practicing gratitude every single day can be a game changer. It doesn’t have to be massive or too big, appreciate and be thankful for the little things. Challenge yourself to think from a positive mindset of abundance versus a negative mindset of scarcity. It can be so hard when things seem challenging but take the time to practice gratitude and you will see a shift.

Start making it a weekly routine to set your goals for the week. Get a planner a planner or journal that fits your style. I’ve practiced this for almost 4 years and I protect my weekly goal setting time each week. Remember to set S.M.A.R.T goals when setting goals. Also, remember your goals don’t have to be HUGE they have to be clear and attainable. The practice of setting goals and planning your week provides a road map to guide you. Just remember, you may have to adjust and that’s okay!
