When a person you care about is suffering- you really want to come to their aid. You want to do or say something that may mitigate the pain. Actually providing comfort through words is a long shot. Nonetheless, it's all I've got. With that in mind, I proffer these few quotes to my grieving friends, who recently lost their long term "best friends" today, with love:
