Well we tried to avoid it, but thanks to fuel prices if you are over 30 miles from my shop and I am coming to process animal, there will be a $1 per mile fuel charge on your bill. When prices come down so will we. Sorry folks,

Just a heads up to the people selling 1/4 beef. If we process your beef they will be a standard cut only for 1/4. I can not make things appear just because your customer thinks I can. Thanks for your understanding

So as a business I know we can't please everyone, we try but being human we fall short from time to time. 2 things about that if you can't talk to us ( so we can try fix it or make it right the best we can) then don't talk about us behind our backs.
