Thanks to Tractor Zoom for supporting small auction companies! We are really excited about this for the Arterburn Family!

Well, RICE Auction Company went and raised the bar for John Deere 4430s. This one-owner, 3,636-hour 4430 brought $45,500 on Saturday—a new auction record by $250. For context, the top half of the 194 we’ve tracked this year average $21,355.

Also worth noting: Jake and Melanie marketed this sale really well. Paid social, multiple organic posts, print—and not just the same flyer over and over.

A great tractor helps. So does making sure the right buyers see it.

We had an amazing day at the T&N Arterburn Retirement Auction yesterday, the rain parted just in time for us to have a rain free auction and it was really great to see the family and friends that could come support Therald and make his big day even better.

As always, our auction crew was top-notch and took all the obstacles the weather provided in stride and we will continue to call you the best in the business, because you are!

If you haven’t heard, the bidding was HOT from both in-person and online bidders. Based on all our research we feel we have broken 2 possibly 3 sale records, but would love some confirmation…what do you all think? Are there some records here?
