We are looking for Class D Licensed Security Officers to work local HOA, condo, and community areas in the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach areas. We run 24/7 operations across the Panhandle so we have different shifts available. Starting pay is $18-20 an hour depending on the site, but most are $18. Sceptre Security, LLC is hiring an in house accountant.

Remote work with 2 days required at our office downtown Crestview. Must have flexible communication because the company conducts 24/7 operations. Must have an accounting degree. Must have an IRS tax filing access/number. Must have experience operating Quickbooks and Intuit software systems for a large company.

The accountant is responsible for sending weekly client invoices; submitting weekly payroll (50-100 employees); submitting monthly tax payments to Florida department of revenue; submitting monthly P&L report to the CEO; conducting monthly bank and CC account reconciliations; preparing and filing annual taxes; executing health and supplemental benefits reductions, payments, and accountability; overseeing fiscal risk management accountability; and maintaining communication with the company executives.

Starting salary is $50,000 with potential of $62,000 annual salary depending on capability and availability.
