Meet Tania Kopplin! 🌟

Tania brings more than 30 years of ministry experience, including decades as a Lutheran elementary school teacher. After retiring in 2020, she helped develop Children and Family Ministry at Divine Peace Church in Rockwall, Texas, where she also served as the Personal Member Ministry Coordinator.

Tania joined Faith Unleashed Consulting in 2024 and now serves as a Member Ministry Coordinator Trainer, helping churches establish Personal Member Ministry and engage, equip, and empower members to use their God-given gifts and talents to serve.

We’re blessed to have Tania helping churches unleash the gifts within their congregations!

We are so blessed to have Marilyn on the Faith Unleashed team! She has been with us for several years and even co-authored our book, "Faith Unleashed: Utilizing your Spiritual Gifts for Great Kingdom Impact" alongside our founder, Lori Lorig.

Marilyn brings decades of top-tier experience in training and development from the engineering and manufacturing worlds. Today, she channels that wisdom and her love for the Lord into consulting and coaching. She is deeply passionate about helping you unlock your God-given potential for His glory!

Meet another face behind Faith Unleashed—Pastor Frank Italiano! 👋

Pastor Frank has been part of the Personal Member Ministry story from the beginning. He worked alongside our founder, Lori Lorig, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Crete, IL, when Lori introduced Personal Member Ministry to her home church.

Since 2017, Pastor Frank has been helping churches discover the blessings of Personal Member Ministry and inspiring more people to find meaningful ways to serve. Through workshops, webinars, and hands-on coaching, he walks alongside congregations as they build their own Personal Member Ministry systems.

We’re grateful for Pastor Frank’s passion for helping churches engage, equip, and empower their people to serve!
