Dear Valued Customers,

I was going to wait, but I am sad to announce Micro Shaped will be closing down Jan 1st 2026 permanently.

After much consideration, factors such as the decline in work, financials, and life changing events have led to me making this difficult decision. This is the best path forward for me and my family.

I would like to thank all the customers, friends and family that supported me for the last 10 years,It has been a pleasure serving you and I am immensely proud of the relationships we have built.

Todays project in operation organize shop.

Putting casters on the horizontal bandsaw.... tired of skating it around the shop, when I need floor space.

Had a customer come to me with a boat trailer frame repair he needed asap, so I laid a few options out on the table. My prefered way was to cut then entire section of c-channel out and replace it with a new 21ft section, but due to the time restain, he opted to have me bend it back understanding it wouldnt be perfect.

I always like to give my customer options because I know time and money can sometime limit you from moving forward on a project. We always give the same quality of work no matter which way you choose, at the end of the day we want you to have the same satisfaction and pride as we do in our work.

They don't make cnc machines like they use to running old trusty one of my first cnc machines I bought 1980s and still running.

And.... its going to be one of those days 30 min cycle time, making 2000 small parts with small tools out of 6" x 2" x 0.125" material.

When the customer tells me I need 100 part yesterday. We made it happen on a weekend. This job will be ran on a punch press. So yes we will now be offering punch press services as another option for our customers.
