🎉 Meet Karen, the newest member of the Critter Gitters Crew!

She believes great customer service starts with listening, showing empathy, and making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of. 💙

And, of course, we had to ask the important question: How would you survive 24 hours stranded in Buc-ee’s?

Her plan? ⛺ Set up one of their tents, stockpile way more snacks than necessary, and spend the day eating, browsing, and pretending she’s on the ultimate Buc-ee’s camping adventure.

Sounds like a pretty solid plan to us!

🎉 Meet Cristian, our newest member of the Critter Gitters Crew!

His goal is simple: to be the best version of himself every day while showing kindness to customers, especially during stressful moments.

Now for the fun part… if Cristian were stranded at Buc-ee's for 24 hours, he'd stockpile Beaver Nuggets and brisket sandwiches, then camp out by the bakery so the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls could wake him up. We have to admit… that's a pretty solid survival strategy. 😄

When asked what good customer service means to him, he said: “Showing genuine concern for others and what’s important to them.” That’s exactly the kind of mindset we look for.

A few things we’ve already learned about Jeff:

• Hidden talents: hedge fund options trading AND break dancing (yes, really 😂)
