Chris has been with us since 2022! He is one of the nicest and most encouraging people we know. He is always willing to help ANYONE in the gym and will ALWAYS help encourage you in your fitness journey. Chris works long and crazy hours at his job, but always finds the time to get in a workout every single day. We are so blessed to have him at our gym and the positivity he brings.

“My name is Chris Julian aka Popeye. My journey started about 20 years ago. I was a drug addict so I started lifting weights. When I stopped using, the gym truly has helped save my life it's all I know now. The gym is more than just lifting weights it's for ur mind and helps build self confidence. So blessed to call mosier family fitness my gym. Such great people there everyone helps everyone, the way it should be. Helping lift people up. Everyone is there for a reason. Thank y'all for having such a wonderful gym in this area.”
