Property is done and pond if filling up with water. What a major transformation on this property in less than 2 weeks. House demolished, cleared land of trees, dug out a pond, and spreaded/leveled all fill dirt. Thanks to the customer, he was very well pleased. The property went from a eyesore to an attraction with the help of several people.

Another demo started this past week. House has been demolished completely and gone. Now customer wants trees and brush removed. I will post updated pics of the progress.

Demo of an old bar in town. This building was metal and wood construction. The inside of structure had several metal beams running along the roof and metal tubing anchored in the slab to support weight of the building. The metal beams were cut out the day before and the slab foundation was saved and not damaged.

Wow! What a difference.... The owner and neighbors on both sides were very very satisfied. It was a win win for everyone. Glad we saved the tree.😀

Most recent house demo. The home, trash piles and 100ft of woods was cleared behind the home. We saved the tree out front and trimmed it up.

Started removing trees but as you can see it started raining again. Finally cleared all of the trees! The road and gate are back open and I'm loading up! (Tropical Storm Nicholas)

Cleared the land to make a road for owner to gain access to his property. Sorry I forgot to take a pic before I started but this property was completely wooded. I did this job a few weeks ago in Dayton, TX.
