Still Standing: We want to provide an update regarding the service disruption caused by the severe derecho and tornado activity that impacted The Region.

The storm caused widespread infrastructure damage, simultaneously affecting both of our internet providers, telephone service, and email communications. Despite maintaining power through our backup generator, the loss of multiple external communication networks significantly impacted our ability to receive calls and communicate directly with clients.

Our team immediately began working with our IT professionals and service partners to establish an alternate path to full operations. Rather than wait for the affected providers to restore service, we implemented a new server environment and secured an alternate phone carrier, creating an independent solution to restore client services as quickly as possible.

Service has now been restored, and our team is actively transitioning individual client accounts to the new system. We expect services to continue returning to normal as those accounts are brought online. We recognize the responsibility you place in us every time you entrust a call to our team. Protecting that trust and restoring reliable service has been our highest priority throughout this event.

We appreciate your patience as our team completes the restoration process, and we will continue providing updates as necessary. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
