Many small business owners believe they cannot pursue government contracts until they already have government contracting experience.

If your government contracting work is not producing results, AI will not fix a weak strategy. But the right prompts can help you think more clearly, prepare stronger materials, and focus on what buyers actually need to see.

I created 25 GovCon AI Prompts for small businesses working through positioning, market research, proposal development, teaming, contract ex*****on, and business development.

These are not generic prompts with “government contracting” added. They are built around the places small businesses most often lose ground.

I wrote a short piece on why sources sought notices deserve a place in your marketing process, especially if you are still building traction in government contracting.

Many believe that only large companies can win government contracts. The reality is, small businesses with well-defined value propositions and operational clarity are highly competitive in the government procurement space.

Your strengths as a smaller firm, like agility and specialized expertise, matter more to agencies than sheer size.
