Scheduled Network Maintenance

Friday, September 26, 2025 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

We will be conducting maintenance to prepare the network for upgraded fiber optic access equipment. During this time, customers may experience rolling service interruptions.

Each customer can expect an approximate 15-minute outage of both voice and data services.

Please note: during the voice outage, 911 calling will not be available from landlines.

We recommend ensuring access to a charged mobile device during this maintenance window. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your service.

📢 Customer Update: Billing System Outage 📢

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to keep you informed about an ongoing issue with our billing system, which has been unavailable since Thursday, 2/13/2025. Our billing system representative has assured us that we are scheduled for restoration on 2/26/2025.

Because this falls right before our billing cycle, we will be waiving all late fees for February 2025 and forgiving service terminations until the end of March 2025 to ensure no customer is penalized for being unable to make payments during this downtime.

Due to staffing shortages, our office will be closed on the following dates:

📅 Friday, February 21, 2025 – Closed all day
📅 Tuesday, March 4, 2025 – Closed from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

During these times:
❌ No payments or account changes can be processed.
📞 For service outages, calls will be forwarded to our on-call personnel.

Additionally, our billing system remains down. Our billing company is actively working to restore access later this week or early next week. Until then:
⚠️ E-Care will not be available
⚠️ We cannot process payments, account changes, upgrades, or downgrades
✅ We can take requests and will process them once our billing system is back online.
