Surprise Proposal at LOFS last night
I was so excited so photograph this proposal all week until I checked the forecast. We were on pins and needles - could Markus pull this off on the pier as planned? It didn't look like it...it still rained as I was driving to their Lakehouse but surprise surprise as soon as I pulled in to parking spot the rain stopped. Unbelievable!
I guess by noon Lindsay figured out something special might go down...her friends came over and helped her get ready.
She had the perfect reaction to the sweet proposal and the absolutely amazing ring...apparently this milestone of their love story was 11 years in the making!
Such an amazing couple and so sweet. Markus pulled it off and it was a pleasure to capture their cute interactions and genuine love for each other. Their families and friends were so joyous and the ring was the star of the evening! What a stunner!
Btw it didn't start raining again until 2 hours later as soon as I sat in my car to drive home.
