Phase 1 of our summer lake house project at Congamond lakes in Suffield. Installed a infiltrator drainage system to collect downspout and driveway run off which was eroding the left side of the property. Refreshed the existing flag stone walkway with a permeable stone base. Installed river rounds in the landscape beds to eliminate constant mulch applications and assist with earth stabilization. Finished off with a new stone pad for the boat / over flow parking. More to come with phase two!

Huge property clean-up of this former junk yard we did in stafford this spring. Twenty five years has passed since someone lived here and kept up with this place. We were called in to cut back the brush and debirs / open the place up. Hauled out six dumpsters worth of trash and debris, Removed seven junk cars on the property, Hauled away 240 + tires and knocked down an 800 square foot barn / living quarters by the road. Finished off with securing the doors and windows to the main house which is staying for now. Call us today to tackle your next project!

Cool progess video of this large property clean-up we did in stafford recently. This place was an old junk yard in the 1950's and left unattended for the last 20+ years, slowly deteriorating and heavily overgrown. After mowing the vegetation and clearing many trees to see what the extent of the debris removal was needed, we hauled away (7) abandoned cars, (7)+ dumpsters of trash and debris, (240)+ car tires and an 35' camper. We also demolished an existing 1000 square foot house / barn on the property that the town deemed structurally unsafe. Thank you to and for the assistance!

Recently completed this pool removal job which included hauling out a large amount of vegetation and garbage as well as the pool structure. Seven years old, my son excavated a 50' drainage trench while one of my guys ran the grade rod, no over digging, didn't hit the house or damage any trees, and had less than 3' ft of room in the last 10' ft of trenching. That's pure experience and training. He's going to be nasty operator by 18 💪🏻🔥

Sewer tie-in for a new house in enfield. The town was unaware if an existing sewer lateral was stubbed onto the property or not. We investigated to find it off the road in the front yard. Installed the new line to the house commection and completed the job to town specifications. Call us with any excavation and utility construction needs!
