Is your business expanding?
I routinely work with business owners who are expanding their business and want to make sure they growing in a profitable way.
I typically look at their current sales and cost models, assisting to find appropriate financing structures for the expansion and ultimately helping to capture not only the increased sales but looking for the economies of scale that growth can bring to their overhead costs.
The bottom line is that you want to make sure growth not only increases the top line but has a significant impact to the bottom line.
Unfortunately, I have seen situations where growth has increased the top line, while actually decreasing the bottom line.
