Spent the day at Habitat for Humanity helping crew get a home done for Tuesday home giving.

Thank you to the Construction Crew for what you all do out there to make these homeowners dreams come true.

Let's talk about service...
Today I got a call at 1145 am from an owner/builder... I have been waiting for my CO for 2 months all over needing a blower door test. Explain where home is... I'm like that's within a mile of office... Yeah I can fit you in on the way there ... Yep 3 pm I was there. Report was emailed right in his dining room.

I say 3 days turn around but if someone calls and I am nearby or within my route for the day... I fit you in. Why make you wait days or weeks. And as long as I have signal, I will email a PDF file to you

Now that's the service I would want from a company - how about you?
