🚜 Kevitt Companies at Day of the Dozers 2026! 🦺

We were proud to participate in Day of the Dozers on September 26th, joining other local construction companies to give kids and families a hands-on experience with the equipment that builds our communities!

It was a great day filled with big machines, big smiles, and an even bigger purpose — supporting a wonderful cause while sharing our love for the construction industry with the next generation.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event a success. We’re proud to be part of an industry that builds more than just roads and structures — we build community! 💛

🚧 Civic Center North Apartments | Rochester, MN 🚧

We’re excited to be part of the team bringing the Civic Center North Apartments project to life in downtown Rochester!

Congratulations to Frana Companies and the entire project team on this exciting groundbreaking milestone. We’re proud to contribute to this project and look forward to seeing the site progress from groundbreaking through construction.

We're thrilled to share that we celebrated the long-awaited groundbreaking of Civic Center North Apartments in Rochester, Minn. last week!

This project will bring a 273 market-rate apartments, a separate 76-unit building of affordable senior housing, a shared parking structure, and riverfront amenities to downtown Rochester.

Congratulations to our project partners on reaching this exciting milestone. We're looking forward to this next phase of construction and will share more updates soon.

A lot of work happens below the surface, but it’s exciting to see the site transform and watch the project come together one step at a time.

🏗️ From Vacant Site to Community: 2116 Nicollet

We’re proud to be part of what’s taking shape at 2116 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis, partnering with Alliance Housing, Whittier Alliance, and Watson Forsberg to help bring this important project to life.

What is currently a vacant site will become a 53-unit deeply affordable housing community, along with offices for Alliance Housing and Whittier Alliance and a community room for neighborhood use.

The project was shaped by the Whittier community, which identified affordable housing and environmental sustainability as top priorities for the neighborhood.

For Kevitt Excavating, projects like this are about more than moving dirt and preparing a site. We’re proud to help clear the way for new homes, new opportunities, and a stronger community.

We’re excited to see the vision for 2116 Nicollet become a reality. 🚧🏠

🚧 Big things are happening on Grand Avenue! 🏗️

💪 Hats off to our demolition crew for safely and professionally tackling another challenging project. Your hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are what make projects like this possible.

When complete, the Grand Victoria development will transform the former Victoria Crossing site into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring approximately 90 market-rate apartments and over 13,000 square feet of new retail space, bringing new life to one of St. Paul's most iconic neighborhoods.

We're proud to partner with Ironmark Builders and Afton Park Development on this landmark project. Great projects begin with great partnerships, and we're honored to play a role in preparing the site for what comes next.
