š» DAY 228/365 ā HELLO, SEPTEMBER! A NEW MONTH, A NEW OPPORTUNITY
Today is Day 228 of my 365 Days Live Challenge, and at the same time, we are welcoming a brand-new month. šāØ
Hello, September!
Thereās something beautiful about turning the calendar to a new month. It reminds me that no matter what happened yesterday, last week, or last month, we are given another opportunity to begin again.
Maybe August didnāt go exactly the way you planned.
Maybe there were goals you didnāt reach, things you wanted to accomplish, or decisions you kept postponing.
Thatās okay.
September is hereānot to remind us of what we failed to do, but to remind us that we still have time to move forward.
And after showing up here for 228 days, one thing Iāve learned is that progress doesnāt always come from making one huge decision.
Sometimes, progress is simply deciding:
āToday, I will show up again.ā
There were days during this challenge when I was tired. There were days when I was busy with work, family, business, and everyday responsibilities. And there were definitely days when it would have been easier to say, āIāll do it tomorrow.ā
But every time I showed up, I was keeping a promise to myself.
And that lesson goes far beyond this 365-day challenge.
It applies to our health.
It applies to our dreams.
It applies to our relationships.
And it applies to the future we are trying to create.
You donāt have to change your entire life this September.
Start with one decision.
One healthier choice.
One new skill.
One hour invested in yourself.
One uncomfortable step toward something youāve been dreaming about.
Because small decisions, repeated consistently, can eventually create very different results.
As a nurse, mom, grandma, and digital business owner, Iāve learned that life will always give us responsibilities. There will always be something demanding our attention.
Thatās why I stopped waiting for life to become less busy before working toward the things that matter to me.
Iām learning to build alongside the life I already have.
So this September, my goal isnāt perfection.
My goal is progress.
To take better care of myself.
To keep growing.
To keep learning.
To keep building.
To keep serving.
And most importantly, to keep trusting God with the journey. šā¤ļø
š āCommit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.ā ā Proverbs 16:3
September, Iām walking into you with gratitude for how far Iāve come, faith for what I cannot yet see, and excitement for what is still possible. š»
Hereās to another month of GRACE, GROWTH, and PURPOSE.
Day 228/365 ā DONE. ā
And tomorrow⦠we show up again. šŖāØ
