Absolutely love working with you all!

Last week we held a remote team meeting and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training with a focus on communication and cultivating a positive, supportive work environment led by our new Chief Human Resources Officer, Rahni Jenkins. (Stay tuned for more about Rahni joining our team!)

We also discussed 2022 planning and new firm benefits, such as increased PTO and additional paid holidays for Juneteenth and Indigenous People's Day.

We're fortunate to have such an incredible team of smart, talented women!

This past year has been exciting! All of my clients have been a true pleasure to work with. I’ve had the opportunity to work across various sectors in this past year and strengthen their strategic planning, project management, business functions, and more. I’d also like to celebrate top clients such as Microsoft- recently named the world’s most valuable company, and the The Geller Law Group for being one of the top law firm’s in the DMV area!!

🟢🟡🔴⚫️ As many of us know, February is Black History Month. What efforts have you made to expand your knowledge? These efforts shouldn’t be restricted to one month, but embedded in our day to day lives. History encompasses varying perspectives- it is important to educate yourself beyond what was provided in textbooks growing up. Much was omitted surrounding the history and contributions of BIPOC populations. ⚫️🔴🟡🟢
