A NEW NAME. A NEW CHAPTER. THE SAME COMMITMENT TO THE FAMILIES WE SERVE.
After more than 12 years, The Memorial Man is beginning a new chapter.
We are proud to announce that our Virginia operations will be transitioning to Old Dominion Monuments and moving forward under new management.
When I launched The Memorial Man in 2014, I could never have imagined where this journey would take us.
Over the years, I have been absolutely blessed to work with thousands of families, cemeteries, funeral homes, nonprofit organizations, veterans organizations, churches, businesses, and communities. Our work has reached nearly every state in the country, and we have had the privilege of creating memorials honoring people from every walk of life.
But behind every monument has always been something much bigger than granite.
A person. A family. A story. A legacy.
To every family who trusted us with the name of someone they loved — thank you.
To every cemetery, organization, installer, supplier, employee, friend, and business that worked alongside us — thank you.
And to everyone who recommended The Memorial Man to another family over these years, you helped build this company into what it became.
Old Dominion Monuments will carry that experience, reputation, and commitment forward while beginning a new chapter of its own here in Virginia.
There will be changes. There will be new leadership. There will be new ideas.
But the mission remains simple:
Treat families right. Do work we can be proud of. And create memorials worthy of the people they represent.
I am incredibly proud of what we have built since 2014, grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey, and excited to see what comes next for Old Dominion Monuments.
This isn't just a name change.
It's the next chapter. 🇺🇸
