An integral part of my fitness coaching process is drinking tea...all day. All types of tea/tisane...but mainly green tea. No honey, no sugar, just tea and hot water. Not for the caffeine tho. Dinking tea while I'm coaching keeps me from eating all the lifesavers we have at the gym 🤷🏾‍♂️. There may be some health benefits too.....
Also if you zoom in, you'll see the Brown Family (California contingent) motto.

Problem: You don't understand strategy

1. Have you been in a situation at work where you didn't understand why certain decisions were made? 

2. Are you in a position where understanding management strategy will help you make better decisions at work and in your career?

1. Get an MBA (a possibility, but that is more of a long-term solution)

2. Read a strategy book such as Playing to Win: How Strategy Really Works (a possibility, shout out to the readers out there)

3. Attend the management strategy workshop hosted by the Los Angeles Chapter of National Black MBA Association (very doable, more information below)

Think Like an Executive: Using Strategy as a Management Tool

Learn to create and evaluate strategy through discussion, live case studies, and group projects. Areas covered include finance, marketing, operations and international expansion.
