mart Previews and what are their advantages? Smart Previews are small preview files of your original RAW images but MUCH Smaller (1000 Images sent to me via a Smart Previews file is less than 1Gig of space (vs 30-50+ Gigs). I am able to edit these files EXACTLY as I would edit your original RAW, with the benefit of a much faster file transfer since we are sending a much smaller file. These edits within the Lightroom catalog are automatically synced with your original files once you open up the new Lightroom catalog that I send you back. (As long as your original RAW files are in the same original folder and have the same file name as when you originally sent me the file. I don’t have Lightroom 5, What can I do? Q. What is your turn-around time? Typically it is within 2-3 business days from the time your job is sent and downloaded. Depending on the size of the job, and the time of year, this could be less or more. Most clients receive their finished jobs back within 2 business days some even less. I need these images back ASAP! Do you do RUSH Processing under 24 hours? Rush Processing is available for an additional fee and depends on the size of the job. Please email [email protected] with the subject line RUSH PROCESSING for more info. What do you include with your General Color Processing? General color and exposure correction to your preferences. Images can be neutral, warm, or cool based on your preferences. What is your minimum order amount? Minimum order would be $25 at this time. If only processing, that would equal 125 image files.
