🚦UPDATED RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL OUR ON LINE SALES, MONTHLY IN HOUSE AUCTION 2nd FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
‼️All customers must have a credit card on file with us.
‼️10% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED FOR ALL IN HOUSE AUCTIONS & ON LINE SALES EXCLUDING RAFFLES
‼️$2.00 FEE will be charged for any credit card declined. If you have a block on your card, it is your responsibility to unlock it for charges and to make sure funds are available.
‼All customers, buyers and watchers are important to us.
‼WE CAN NOT HOLD MERCHANDISE MORE THAN 7 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
‼WHEN PICKING UP AUCTION MERCHANDISE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE BUYER TO CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE TO VERIFY YOU GOT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER AND IT IS SATISFACTORY TO YOU, ONCE YOU LEAVE NO ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED. TY
( DATED merchandise **items are subject to be in date, out of date, close to date. We purchase from licence retailers so all are safe for use. ) ** ( MYSTERY BOXES of any kind ,please listen to information pertaining to each sale, we will give all information before each special sale, It is your responsibility to know and understand the sale and merchandise.)
‼️ it is DEFINITELY your responsibility to check your ORDER for accuracy and satisfaction, you will sign invoice before leaving, once you sign you are stating you are SATISFIED and HAPPY. Even if NO signature, once you leave, no changes. Please do not call, text or email about any item or issue once you leave. Ty
‼All merchandise bought throughout each week must be picked up by FRIDAY @ 5pm

🟢If merchandise not picked up within the allocated time frame of 7 days a $2.50 fee per item re-stocking fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
🔷️Checkout our page for days and hours of pick up and our week at a GLANCE posted every Sunday.
‼ All new customers are appreciated, at the time of your first win or purchased item you will have 5 minutes to call our office and make payment at 301-724-4467, if payment not recieved the item will be offered to backup bidder.
‼ If you purchase an item or items and dont want , a restocking fee will be charged- minimum of $2.50 per item or 10% whichever is greater.
‼All raffle winners will have 7 days from the day winner is announced to pick up winning item or items after 7 days item or items will be forfeited at no reimbursement. This regulation applies for all purchased merchandise including MYSTERY ENVELOPES, RAFFLES etc... that is purchased.
‼Any customer that drives more than 1 hour one way will have 2 weeks 14 days to pick up their merchandise. If for some reason you are unable to pick up merchandise within allotted time and need a few days , you must call us, we will give a few day lead way but this cannot be a continual request.
‼️If you let us know your coming to pick up on a specific day, we will pull your order, if order not picked up that day there will be a $2.50 fee added each day till picked up. We just don't have alot of room for fronting orders for multiple days, ty
‼When paying by credit card we will charge a 5% administrative fee.
‼We move alot of product each week and work hard to get the best quality merchandise to you, at the best price so I greatly appreciate your support and understanding with these new implemented rules.
‼By purchasing and/ or winning any item you are agreeing that you read and agree with all rules and regulations stated above. Ty

All shipping orders will be sent every Friday, you must have a credit card on file with us and WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD for your entire order plus the cost of shipping every Friday . we will not contact you about the charge it will AUTOMATICALLY be charged every Friday.
♦️if payment can not be processed, we will restock your merchandise and will not accept any future orders from you without you paying restocking fee for previous unpaid order.
♦️once order shipped we will send you tracking information for your order.

💥Will show an item, start bidding and continue to BID, once there is a pause in the bidding we will start final call then announce a winner, we will take into consideration the lag in receiving BIDS, so as to be as fair to everyone.

💥No refunds or exchanges made, please check merchandise throughly before paying.
💥we do our best to check all items and be as honest and open on the items if any issues, damage or missing parts, but again it is ultimately your responsibility as the buyer to look over all items before paying. Once paid we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We take pride in our honesty , so if it wasnt mentioned it means we didnt see it. That is the importance of you as the buyer to inspect!!
