Working with Shirley Kefgen, this wife-and-husband team first explored franchise ownership in July 2025, but the timing wasn’t right. When they reconnected almost exactly a year later, he had stepped away from a 23-year corporate career in consumer packaged goods, and they were ready for what came next.
With an MBA, decades of professional experience, and real estate investments they’ve made together, they were looking for an opportunity with room to scale. They found it in a real estate services concept that aligns with their vision to build a large business.
