I had the honor to clean a lot of concrete at one of the local schools. They just had a new wing built and wanted the new and old concrete cleaned. I am pretty sure I worked through almost all the seasons and weather types. Nice cool mornings, 100+ with heat index, flooding rain and lightning storms not to forget washing down a TON of mud!

Through it all I was able to get the area looking nice and clean!!! And I wasn't able to leave without replacing the tattered basketball net. Can't have a clean court and not have a nice crisp new net!!

If you need any residential or commercial exterior cleaning please reach out for a quote!!!

And one thing you might notice.... There are not many dry photos, the weather didn't want to play nice when it was photo time 🤣

I take asset protection seriously. It definitely takes some extra time but it is worth the effort. While it still does not guarantee some water intrusion it greatly reduces the chances!!

I am so thankful for great clients! I had winterized my unit last week and it turns out I have a leaking main water valve. Well with our temps last night it froze and busted my main feed line from my tank. I didn't realize this till I attempted to start washing! Immediately knowing I didn't have the appropriate supplies to fix it I got my old unit off the trailer and working.

The quality definitely was not what I leave my clients with and knew I would have to come back another day to redo it all. But I kept pushing on. My client came out and I explained I would finish today and come back next week to redo it all for a better finish. They told me there was no reason to do it twice and to just pack up and get everything fixed and come back!

So that's what I did! I was able to get everything fixed and extra safeties added into the system. Back better than before and will be back out on Wednesday to deliver the quality I expect and the clients want!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! And always remember every obstacle is just an opportunity to get better!

I may not have the mailman’s superpowers — I don’t wash in sleet, snow, or during “why do I live here?” temperatures — but I am still out here blasting algae and making houses, decks, and concrete look pretty again in this cold weather!

Plus, today’s awesome client even left me a snack… which is honestly the real fuel behind this operation. 😄

If you need some exterior cleaning done before the holidays sneak up on us, give me a shout! I’d love to make your place shine.
