SOLD. Closed today. 🔑
Two years ago, I met this beautiful young family at an open house. Earlier this year, they reached out and were ready to make the move from California.
We went under contract on a new build, but rising interest rates priced it out of reach. Instead of hitting pause, we pivoted to resale homes.
When the right listing hit the market, I moved fast: scheduled the showing, called the listing agent right away, built relationships, and got our offer under contract only after 2 days it went on market. Fast forward, it closed today!
Here's the part I'm proudest of: my buyer never set foot in the house before closing.

That's because I was their boots on the ground, their wing-woman, every step of the way:
📍market analysis
📍local guides
📍showings
📍Inspection
📍Coordinating contracts for repairs
📍Room Measurements
📍Final walk-through
I also put together local guides for them: video tours of nearby neighborhoods, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. That way they know what to expect and what life around the house looks like before they arrive.
Long-distance buying works when your agent shows up, communicates clearly, and has a plan B ready when plan A falls apart.
Thank my client for trusting me to be their boots on the ground. Buying a first home from across the country takes real faith, and I'm honored they gave me theirs.
Welcome to Georgia!
