As true today if not more so than the day it was first posted. Learning to love the process of growing is not always easy but it is rewarding in the end.

This IS the storm, not the calm before, not the beautiful transformation of the after, but the chaotic, angst ridden, slide on the change and learning curve. Some adapt and even thrive, some struggle to adjust. Look around your inner circle of life and embrace your friends who may be normally strong but do not adapt easily....they are the struggling souls right now who may need your help surviving! Stay safe and healthy friends!

There is always time for change and growth and the start of the new year marks that time that people commit to change a little more than usual. Studies show we only last about six weeks if we aren’t all in...Never want to see others fail at their attempts but there is something to be said for a much less busy gym come mid February!

We fear change because we are afraid to take a leap of faith to the unknown. So, we stay. We are so terrified of the idea of leaving everything...
