Today we remember and honor Bruce Hawthorne, one of the best, most loyal employees we’ve ever had. Twelve years ago, we very unexpectedly lost Bruce. We miss him to this day; his smile, the jokes, pranks, laughter and joy he never failed to bring into our daily lives.
When we lost Bruce, we were in utter shock and disbelief. Circa 2014, Bruce had not only crossed paths with the majority of our customers but had won their favor like none other. Bruce absolutely loved his job, was so proud of what he did, and the gratitude he felt for his new lease on life was shown in his ever-positive attitude. He loved movie/television set work, which afforded him an occasional glimpse of a celebrity. Bruce passed away while doing what he loved, on the set of the television show ‘Complicated’. At some point, we were able to smile and laugh about the circumstances and all the jokes we know Bruce would be making about them.
This tribute to Bruce graces our office today, and will for as long as ESOG is around.
