Store hrs. open 10-5pm Doug's Appliance Exchange, LLC has many name brand used and/or scratch n dent appliances, (ie. Whirlpool, Kenmore, Samsung, Frigidaire, Kitchen Aid, etc...). Doug's Appliances are refurbished, cleaned and serviced, and are sold with a 30 day warranty. We also have consignment units for sale. Doug's provides in-home appliance repair service!

Doug's is located in the CHEVRON CENTER facing Castleberry Road, not far from the Hutchinson Rd. location. William Douglas Harrison (Doug) is the owner. Doug, formerly known as "Willy", was half owner of "Honest Charlie's and Wild Willy's Appliances" in Cumming, Ga. (founded in 2013). He obtained full ownership of the business on December 1, 2015 and named it Doug's Appliance Exchange, LLC. He had previously opened a "Doug's" store in Canton, then relocated everything back to the original Cumming store location at 3375 Hutchinson Rd. Doug's is a family owned and operated business. Doug's background consist of mostly mechanical, and electrical experience deriving from 10 years in the military, and also a significant career in construction dealing with plumbing and electrical. Doug's idea for the "Appliance Exchange" is to return great service back to the community, as well as selling a great reconditioned appliance. It seems that great service is the most important ingredient to selling a great product. This ingredient has been long forgotten by many of the "GIANTS" in the past decade or so, and Doug feels it should be re-implemented. After all, small business is where it all started years ago. Doug's Appliance takes great pride in recycling used or unwanted appliances. These appliance parts and steel are reused as much as possible in effort to preserve our countries resources. Doug purchases used appliances and also take in consignment units. Doug also provides in-home repair services. We hope that you will consider Doug's Appliance Exchange for all of your future appliance needs and repair services. We're always glad to advise or offer free recommendation at a moments notice.

We are excited to announce that Doug's Appliance is now an authorized Speed Queen dealer!! Doug will continue to provide in home appliance repair and will still sell used/refurbished appliances.
