Oops I did it again! 30 lbs of farmers market tomatoes made into Spicy Tomato Jam. Have 22 small jars left. Will not make any more till next year.
Think of this jam as an upscale ketchup. Pour over cream cheese and crackers, use on a charcuterie board, makes a wonderful grilled cheese, make a BLT in winter when tomatoes are out of season, top a meatloaf as it’s cooking. Tell me how you would use!
