Another SVO COVID-19 Business Resource Discussion coming your way! The topic is: Commercial Eviction Moratorium for Small Businesses.

The City of San Jose is exploring an urgency ordinance to prohibit the eviction of small businesses during the COVID-19 crisis. City staff will provide an update on their draft policy proposal to implement a commercial eviction moratorium for small businesses at the April 7th City Council meeting. Small business owners and commercial tenants are invited to learn more about the policy and to provide your feedback on the proposal.
