We built a solar system on roof of a 3 story home in Fremont, something that most solar companies couldn't! Fremont homeowner reached out to Sunvault after several solar companies had refused to take on this project involving a 3 story narrow home with a tiled roof which had plenty of obstructions. Sunvault's expert team was able to plan and safely execute the installation within a day. The roof was definitely challenging and even the Fremont City inspector refused to climb the roof to inspect the finished system. The system consists of Black LG high efficiency panels and Enphase micro inverters.

Sunvault now operating north of San Francisco! This cosy home up in the hills in Mill Valley is somewhat surrounded by trees. Sunvault was able to optimally design and place a 5.6kW solar system to help the homeowner achieve a 5 year payback period on the system. Sunvault was able to work with the city planning and fire departments through the stringent design, fire protection and water efficiency guidelines for Mill Valley.

Truly satisfying is that the homeowner confirmed 98% accuracy of the production estimates vs the actuals!

Our first solar system capacity expansion!!! Brand new 2500sf Hayward home came with an existing 2.6kW system which met only 40% of its energy needs. Sunvault worked with the city and PG&E to add another 4.6kW to this house. The house has an awesome curb appeal and Sunvault ensured the two systems not only resembled but integrated perfectly on the roof. Can you guess which one is the old system and which one is new?

Large Los Altos home with swimming pool and detached clubhouse get a 10kW system split between three roofs surfaces, adding to it already incredible curb appeal. Sunvault is now in Pittsburg, CA! 1700sf split level home with a 5.1kW system split between two roofs. Given this was a new home for our customer, Sunvault was able to help simulate year-round electricity usage and optimize the solar panel placement between two roofs to maximize energy production. We were even able to install a new sub-panel in their garage without disturbing the mirrors of their home gym! Pittsburg city permits took a few weeks given their end of year work load and Covid protocols. But they came through when we were able to get system installed in one day and inspected/approved by the city the next day. Flawless ex*****on!!

Dreamy Sunnyvale home gets high efficiency solar panels as part of a 5.6kW system. The roof we picked has amazing solar insolation and we worked with the homeowner to design a system that not only meets their current demand but also integrates ease of future expansion. Since the home was a bit old, we even worked with PG&E to upgrade the main service panel for them. The curb appeal of this house is off-the-charts!!

This picturesque Fremont home with two electric vehicles and
high electricity consumption got a 6.1kW system to meet 80% of their total electricity needs. Sunvault helped the homeowner review various options for roof usage, aesthetics and total production to help decide on the way forward. Sunvault was able to also help the homeowner with repairing portions of the roof before installing the solar. The result is a beautiful project with amazing curb appeal. And happy charging to the EVs!
