MIND, BODY AND BUSINESS TIP OF THE DAY: Is your day out of control or in your control? You are truly in control and you are able to manufacture whatever day you want. Your mind is the central control center and it depends on how efficient your control center is working. Dissolve all the self limitations, self doubt, negative emotions, and draining type feelings you may have. Input a confident – relaxed – energy, activating the efficiency of your control center to feel in control and handling each issue that is handed to you with ease and peace. Show up each day for life being the best you can possibly be.

Do you have enough energy to get in done? Tip: The more you sit, the more shallow you breathe, and the more shallow you beathe, the more brain dead you become. Exercise and breathe deep for five minutes out of every hour during the workig hours. You will feel smarter and super charged.
