10 packs of ground beef at 1.5lbs ea
2 sirloins between 3 and 3 1/2 lbs ea
2 chuck roasts over 3.5 lbs each
2 packs of 4 cube steaks each
1 pack of marrow bones (soup)
1 porter house steak cut at 2’’ about 2.3 lbs
1 pack of 2 bone in ribeyes cut at 2”

Large agricultural operation is in need of a full time employee who brings experience to the table. Must be a motivated individual with 2+ years of current , verifiable agricultural or equipment experience.
Responsibilities include
* Operating farm equipment, including but not limited to tractors, hay equipment, mowers, dump truck, loader, dozer, excavator
* Experience with fencing
* Yard maintenance
* Knowledge of working in environmentally sensitive areas, certifications are a plus
* Heavy lifting required.

When I see beautiful Florida grazing land being destroyed to build a storage facility or a housing development it makes me wonder how anyone could buy into the argument the raising cattle is “bad” for the environment or that their carbon footprint is unhealthy for the planet.
