Sweet memories shared and new ones to be made! We are always overjoyed to hear of memories…the legacy of those loved ones will live on.

Every transaction is special and we celebrate each one, but this one was unique. This property has been in this seller’s family since the 60’s where the original lot was purchased for $200 (you read that correctly), then blown away by the 2011 tornado and rebuilt. Now it’s time to move on and there were tears shed at the closing table (even by me). We’re so happy that our buyers have found a new special spot on Lake Martin to call home. What a beautiful place to make new memories!
