A revised 2023 Budget is being sent out, as well as ballot/proxy. We will be rescheduling the Community Meeting to 11/5/22 at 1 PM, 2nd circle. If you are not attending the meeting, please place your ballot in Barry's Box (1st circle) no later than 11/3/22. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you at the meeting.

Thank you for the many replies regarding email addresses. We now have a total of 18 email addresses, an approximate savings of $49.50 (a year), not to mention savings in paper, printer ink, envelopes. It may not seem like a great savings, but over time, it adds up. We have 47 residents on Deer Run. 4-5 mailings a year. Approximate costs: postage $129, black cartridges $42, color $32, envelopes $32 and printer paper $26, total $261. If you have not yet done so, please consider texting your email address to 516-316-8282. Thank you.
