Hamilton County Communications, Inc was formed in 1992 as a subsidiary of Hamilton County Telephone Co-op to provide internet and business telephone systems services throughout our region. Based on your location and needs, we now provide Futiva Light Speed, DSL, Wireless or Exede Satellite internet service. In addition to internet service, we can also provide Futiva TV service to our Fiber-to-the-

home or business customers. As technology continues to grow, we plan to provide services that will continue to meet our customers' needs. FAN POLICY

Thank you for liking Hamilton County Communications Inc.'s page! We are excited to open this new way of communication with our customers. We do have some guidelines that we ask our fans to follow.

1. No posting offensive, obscene or vulgar pictures.

7. No uploading files or links that contain viruses or any other software that could cause damage.

Update: the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please call our office 618-736-2242.

Our VoIP customers may be experiencing an outage with their telephone service.

At approximately 2pm, network engineers were alerted to an issue upstream impacting all voice traffic.

Our team is working closely to monitor its repair and will update as soon as we have an estimated time of of repair.

HCC customers may be experiencing some occasional interruptions in service today. One of our main paths out is experiencing some intermittent issues. If your connectivity is on this route when it goes down, you are automatically rerouted to one of our other redundant routes, causing a momentary blip in your service. This issue is being worked on now, and we are hoping for a resolve soon.
