Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

We close out the eclipse corridor with the Full Moon eclipse on August 28, 2026. However, the effects of this eclipse may take some time to develop over the course of the next couple months. Full Moons naturally bring something to a close, and this one calls for NOT ignoring our influence of intuition and how and where we power our faith.
The sign of Pisces is the most sensitive of the zodiac. Made of Mutable Water, Pisces expresses through mist and fog, as well as psychic prompts to our senses. This is when information comes in the forms of more than the sum of its parts. We might not know how we know, we just know. However, in the case of this eclipse, we might not see the trees for the forest and could possibly get lost in confusion. We may also feel very emotional over whatever we must let go of now to finish up the eclipse season. Furthermore, the shadow side of Pisces has a tendency for naivete and wishful thinking, seeing ghosts, hearing things that go bump in the night, and other mentally conjured forms of fears.
This Full Moon eclipse is in close proximity to the Lunar North Node, which could present visions of the future and premonitions of what is to come. However, this lunation also faces off with Mercury in his home sign of Virgo, conjunct the Sun, and in proximity to the Lunar South Node, which can bring up detailed memories of the past. We must also pay attention to any health concerns and get them checked out. This eclipse is also about finding faith afterwards to work out problems and to have the faith it takes to meet the future.
Meanwhile, the eclipse challenges Uranus in Gemini and sends a harsh angle to Venus in Libra. She doesn’t like what she’s hearing when there are significant details missing or being hidden in the smokescreen. Herein lies the tendency for confusion and gaslighting. Furthermore, during the peak of the eclipse, the Lunar North Node sends a harsh angle to Saturn Rx in Aries. The military may lose confidence in leadership when supplies are limited or scarce. Good management is a big factor, here, and it slips when details are overlooked. Communication and timing are also big factors as the Virgo Sun’s meeting with Mercury sheds harsh light on Saturn Rx in Aries.
However, the ruler of this eclipse is Neptune Rx in Aries, which brings out the spiritual warrior who crusades for peace, spirit, kindness, charity, and restoring the natural environment. The Virgo Sun wants adjustments for improvement in these areas of social and community life. Meanwhile, at the peak Mars in Cancer approaches a challenge to Saturn Rx in Aries. Family needs that are threatened by harsh authority will certainly get push-back and emotions and the chance for big protests run high.
However, the good news is that, also at the peak, Jupiter opens flow with Saturn Rx in Aries, which could open up the roadblocks to access the flow of goods and materials from other sources and trade routes. A hero (Jupiter in Leo) or someone in leadership actually does the right thing. We may also receive wisdom from spiritual sources on how to proceed with a project or program.
Furthermore, there is certainly a mystical quality to this Full Moon that can bring on the understanding of the need for compassion for all. We need more church outreach programs, as well as help for mental health issues. We begin to understand that the most important thing we must open ourselves to is healing in all ways, body, mind, and spirit. This, in turn, forms support for our human community going forward.
