Place your hand over your heart, find a comfortable position.
Breathe deeply, inhaling love and compassion.
Exhale slowly, silently repeating to yourself, "I am enough" or "I am deserving of love."
Gently massage or hold your heart area for 1-2 minutes, feeling warmth, comfort, and self-kindness.
