It’s ok to work your ass off in private and make it look easy. Just be prepared for the peeps telling you how lucky you are. I get it all the time. If you know me then you know I don’t believe in luck. We all work to get where we are in some capacity. GSD. That’s it. Everyday. And then you’ll see how “lucky” you are.

87% of self talk is negative. Please be aware of what you tell yourself…even if it seems funny or ridiculous. Stay positive with inner language or self talk. If you say something negative (even in passing if you say to yourself “that was stupid” or “I’m so dumb” or whatever you say to yourself without thinking about it) quickly say something positive about yourself. It makes a difference.
